Bring it to the next membership meeting and we'll take care of it, or mail it yourself to the address on the application.
Fill out AFSA's online application at AFSA HQ. You will need a credit card to use either of these options. If you use one of these methods, we ask that you have a current Chapter 367 member's name and membership number handy to list as a recruiter (just take a look at the Membership Application for this info). Finally, be sure to have them assign you to Chapter 367!
If you're already a member and it's time to renew your membership, you'll need Proud Member Renewal Form. Just print it out, fill in the blanks, and bring it to the next membership meeting and we'll take it from there, or you can mail it yourself to the address listed on the application. Remember, this form is for a 3-year renewal only. It will entitle you to a free gift from AFSA.
You may renew your membership for other than 3 years by using the above mentioned Membership Application or online using AFSA's online application at the AFSA HQ web site.
Since you'll be using the same form as for initial membership, there are a few things to be aware of...
* First, be sure to select the "Renewal" button at the top of the form.
* Second, check "YES" next to Recruiter Coupon. This will save you $2 off the standard 1- or 2-year membership fees.
* Third, in the comments box be sure to note that you are renewing for 2 years for $42 or 1 year for $23.
* Finally, if you decide to purchase a Lifetime Membership, you have two payment options.
1). Lump sum payment of $350.
2). Installments, with an initial payment of $50 and 14 quarterly payments of $25 each for a total of $400.
Finally, if you are an AFSA member new to the area and assigned to another chapter, you can fill out this Change of Address Card to get your chapter affiliation changed to Chapter 367 and AFSA gets your correct address so you will continue to receive your SERGEANTS magazine!
Again, as with joining or renewing, you can fill out the form and bring it to the next meeting or you can mail it yourself to the address listed on the form.
You can change your address online using AFSA's Online Change of Address Form. Remember, be sure to have them assign you to Chapter 367.
